N=Nerve fibre layer analysis(NFLA){To diagnose early glaucoma before the optic disc and visual field changes occur)

S=Slit lamp examination(to know whether it is primary or secondary open angle glaucoma)

D=DVT(Diurnal variation test){for early diagnosis of glaucoma}

T=Tonometry(to measure IOP)

C=CCT(Central Corneal Thickness)

G=Gonioscopy(to differentiate between angle open and angle closure glaucoma)
