Lymph node examination mnemonic

During examination of a lymph node few points have to noted ....
e.g.-Location number size etc....
So to remember this points here is a mnemonic

Lymph Node Signed TEN MOBILE CONtracts..

L=Location
N=Number
S=Size
TEN=TENderness
MOBILE=MOBILITY
CON=CONsistency ( Hard or Soft)

Both hard and soft lymph node is bad sign...

Metastatic nodes are HARD....
 Melanoma nodes are SOFT....
