IS=Inject Steroid
INspector=INcision &Curettage
DIEt=DIathermy
ORAL Taco=ORAL Tetracycline
Oral Tetracycline is not treatment it is given to prevent recurrence..
Diathermy is done when chalazion is marginal ....normally chalazion is seen away from eyelid margin...
INcision & Curettage is the conventional treatment
Conservative treatment and Steroid is given when chalazion is in very early stage that is when chalazion is still soft and small...
